1 cup milk chocolate chocolate chips ( you can also try dark or white chocolate chips )
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C ) .Melt the butter in the microwave or in a small pan
In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients
Using a stand mixer beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Then add the egg and the vanilla and continue being for 15-20 seconds ( Do not over beat it )
Add the dry ingredients and use your hands to make a really smooth dough that is not sticking to your fingers. Add the chocolate chips and mix with your hands or using a wooden spatula.
Roll the dough into balls (you pick the size , i like medium ones ) and place them on a cooking sheet.
Bake them 8-10 mins until golden brown. Then take them out of oven and let them rest for another 15 mins ( this will make the cookies super soft ).
